Yesterday, The Century Council was proud and honored to be at the table in Providence, RI as the office of Attorney General Peter Kilmartin convened a workgroup on ignition interlock legislation.

Representatives spanned the criminal justice system, General Assembly and traffic safety community, and despite a diversity of background and opinion, all participants expressed sincere desire to improve the state’s interlock policy and implementation.

The Century Council looks forward to working on these issues and continuing its longtime partnership in Rhode Island.
