Get Involved: Hardcore Drunk Driving Prosecutorial Guide

Effective Sanctions, Creative Sentencing, Changed Behavior

In the next few months, a training module especially developed for the Hardcore Drunk Driving Prosecutorial Guide will be delivered by the National District Attorneys Association to Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors, prosecutors, law enforcement and other traffic safety professionals at various meetings nationwide.

A Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (TSRP) is generally a current or former prosecutor who provides training, education and technical support to traffic crimes prosecutors and law enforcement agencies throughout their state. Presently, there are one or more TSRPs in 44 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Northern Marianna Islands.
