Dr. Shaquille O' Neal joined The Century Council on Capitol Hill to meet with Members of Congress and their top staffers, and to talk about his work with The Century Council addressing the perils of binge drinking. Dr. O’Neal also highlighted new research completed by Morgan State University on binge drinking among Historically Black College and University (HBCU) students.
